Job summary

A leading lift maintenance company in Singapore is seeking a Lift Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and lead service teams. The role requires a minimum of 5 years experience in lift maintenance and the ability to conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates must possess a valid Singapore driving license and ideally have supervisory experience. This position offers a permanent contract and a competitive monthly salary up to $3,600 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in lift and escalator maintenance.
  • Experience supervising technicians is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple service sites is a plus.
  • Possess own motorbike with valid Singapore driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee daily lift and escalator maintenance operations.
  • Lead service teams to reduce breakdowns and ensure timely responses.
  • Conduct site inspections for safety and compliance.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze call-back data.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to resolve technical issues.

  • Office Location: Kaki Bukit Singapore
  • Work Location: Various Location within Mainland Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.45am – 5.30pm
  • Monthly Salary: Base up to $3600 + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily lift and escalator maintenance operations to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Lead and manage service teams to reduce breakdowns and deliver timely fault responses.
  • Conduct site inspections to uphold safety, reliability, and compliance with BCA/MOM regulations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze call-back data, driving continuous improvements in service quality.
  • Liaise with clients, managing agents, and contractors to resolve technical issues and maintain strong relationships. Collaborate with Sales and Project teams to identify repair or modernization opportunities and support follow-up actions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 year of hands-on experience in lift and escalator maintenance
  • Prior experience supervising technicians is an added advantage
  • Experience is managing multiple service sites is an added advantage
  • Possess own motorbike with valid Singapore driving license for work-related travel
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
