Job summary

TECHCOM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide Level 3 application and user support for the GMI vendor application running on the AS/400 system for a leading investment bank in Singapore.

You will diagnose and resolve complex issues, help users, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and participate in onboarding domain training to strengthen understanding of the investment banking context.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 support for the GMI application by diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to maintain system stability
• Provide user support by troubleshooting application problems and guiding users to effective solutions
• Apply technical knowledge of the AS/400 system to analyze and resolve system-related incidents impacting the GMI application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate support and maintenance activities for the GMI application
• Participate in onboarding domain training to deepen understanding of the investment banking environment and application context
