Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks a capable IT Support Analyst to provide Level 3 support for production applications across Front Office, Middle Office, and BackOffice within Supply chain finance.

You will be the bridge between Level 2 support and the development teams, delivering rapid incident resolution and structured problem management. The role requires strong business analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, SQL/PLSQL, and modern middleware

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Up to 10 years total experience with last 4-5 as IT Support Analyst.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC with multiple stakeholders and users.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for production applications in supply chain finance.
• Bridge between Level 2 Support and development teams for rapid incident resolution and problem management.
