Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in iSeries development or production support
• Strong knowledge of OS/400, CLP, RPG, MQ Series and SQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and independent with ability to lead initiatives
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools
• Exposure to ITIL processes in a large-scale environment

Responsibilities

• Provides end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm
• Supports day-to-day maintenance to ensure stability and availability
• Assist in monitoring production environments for anomalies and address issues using observability tools
• Identify issues for escalation and communicate with stakeholders and provide solutions
• Analyze complex situations to anticipate and resolve incidents and changes for full-stack systems
