Qualifications

• Experience in Level 3 application support for enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 systems and related incident handling.
• Exposure to investment banking environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 support for the GMI application by diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to maintain system stability
• Provide user support by troubleshooting application problems and guiding users to effective solutions
• Apply technical knowledge of the AS/400 system to analyze and resolve system-related incidents impacting the GMI application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate support and maintenance activities for the GMI application
• Participate in onboarding domain training to deepen understanding of the investment banking environment and application context
