Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a junior IT Support / Helpdesk specialist in Singapore. The role involves assisting end users via phone, email, or ticketing systems, and resolving common Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and network issues.

You will handle password resets, user access requests, and support peripherals while logging incidents in the ITSM system. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of IT support experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications

6 months - 1 year of IT Support / Helpdesk experience.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and networking.
Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Strong willingness to learn and develop in IT support.

Responsibilities

Provide IT support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 issues.
Assist with password resets, user account issues, and basic access requests.
Support laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Log, update, and track incidents and service requests in the ITSM / ticketing system.
Maintain basic IT support documentation and follow standard troubleshooting procedures.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
