Job summary

Talent First in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a growing IT services team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of IT support experience who wants to gain hands-on end-user support, Microsoft 365, and basic IT administration experience.

You will provide remote support to end-users, troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 issues, and perform scheduled onsite support as needed. Strong communication with customers is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support or service desk.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Able to communicate effectively with end users and customers.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or ITIL are advantageous.
• Previous experience in an IT services, managed services or customer-facing support environment preferred.
