Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for an IT Support Technician to join our growing IT services team. The role targets individuals with 1–2 years of IT support experience eager to gain hands-on exposure across end-user support, Microsoft 365, and basic IT administration.

You will provide remote user support, troubleshoot Windows and 365 issues, assist with 365 administration, and help manage service desk tickets. On-site visits may be required.

Qualifications

Job Overview:

• We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join a growing IT services team in Singapore.


• This role is suitable for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who wants to build stronger hands‑on experience across end‑user support, Microsoft 365 and basic IT administration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support to end-users.


• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and Microsoft 365 issues.


• Perform scheduled onsite support at customer locations when required.


• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, licences, permissions and security settings.


• Manage and update support cases through the service desk/ticketing system.


• Follow up on technical issues and ensure support requests are resolved within the required timeframe.


• Assist with support reporting, IT projects, system upgrades and deployments.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support or service desk.


• Hands‑on experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.


• Able to communicate effectively with end users and customers.


• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or ITIL is advantageous.


• Previous experience in an IT services, managed services or customer‑facing support environment preferred.
