Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a proactive IT Support specialist in Singapore to assist end users via phone, email or ticketing system.

You will troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and basic hardware issues, help with password resets and access requests, and log incidents in the ITSM system while maintaining clear documentation. The role offers on-site work in Singapore and opportunities to learn and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year IT support / helpdesk experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and networking.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Assist with password resets, user account issues, and basic access requests.
• Support laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Log, update, and track incidents and service requests in the ITSM / ticketing system.
• Maintain basic IT support documentation and follow standard troubleshooting procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
