Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for an IT Support Technician to join our growing IT services team. The role targets individuals with 1–2 years of IT support experience eager to gain hands-on exposure across end-user support, Microsoft 365, and basic IT administration.

You will provide remote user support, troubleshoot Windows and 365 issues, assist with 365 administration, and help manage service desk tickets. On-site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years IT support experience.
• Hands-on with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Good communication with end users and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Perform scheduled onsite support at customer locations when required.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, licences and security settings.
• Manage and update support cases through the service desk/ticketing system.
• Follow up on issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with support reporting, IT projects, system upgrades and deployments.
