Job Scope
Legalisation (Main Task)
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of Notarial Certificate procedures prior to document authentication.
- Conduct thorough, multi-step verifications on Singapore Government-issued documents before processing them for Apostille.
- Provide exceptional, responsive customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist customers and members of the public with online payment processes.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through walk-ins and emails.
- Address customer challenges or concerns related to Notarial Certificates and document legalisation.
- Support counter operations by assisting with general and technical issues, escalating matters as needed before opening.
Stakeholding (When required)
- Administrative support (including data entry) to the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Maintain and update records in the Stakeholding System and SharePoint.
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of assigned tasks.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma qualification from a local polytechnic.
- Minimum 2 years of office-based customer service work experience.
- Good verbal communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Pleasant and positive attitude.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Working Arrangement
- Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am to 5.30 pm
- Friday: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Contract Duration 1 year

Salary $2,580 per month
