Job Scope
Legalisation (Main Task)
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of Notarial Certificate procedures prior to document authentication.
  • Conduct thorough, multi-step verifications on Singapore Government-issued documents before processing them for Apostille.
  • Provide exceptional, responsive customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist customers and members of the public with online payment processes.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through walk-ins and emails.
  • Address customer challenges or concerns related to Notarial Certificates and document legalisation.
  • Support counter operations by assisting with general and technical issues, escalating matters as needed before opening.
Stakeholding (When required)
  • Administrative support (including data entry) to the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain and update records in the Stakeholding System and SharePoint.
  • Ensure timely completion and accuracy of assigned tasks.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma qualification from a local polytechnic.
  • Minimum 2 years of office-based customer service work experience.
  • Good verbal communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
  • Pleasant and positive attitude.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Working Arrangement
  • Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am to 5.30 pm
  • Friday: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
