A government defense agency in Singapore seeks a legal advisor to provide sound legal counsel across various departments. Responsibilities include handling military prosecutions, reviewing contracts, and conducting legal training. The ideal candidate should have a Law degree, at least 2 years of PQE, and strong legal analysis skills. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders both legally and non-legally trained. The appointment details will be aligned with the candidate's experience.
You provide sound and timely legal advice to MINDEF/SAF departments on a wide spectrum of legal issues, in the areas of civil law, international law, operations law and military law.
Interacting with a wide spectrum of stakeholders (both legally and non-legally trained) and communicating legal advice clearly and effectively. Being familiar with the wide areas of operations and policy in MINDEF.
