Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years in legal practice and/or related in-house role.
• Knowledge of ISDA and derivatives advantageous.
• Eager to learn candidates without prior experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review various agreements including investment management and licensing agreements.
• Assist in the negotiation and drafting of agreements.
• Make SGX announcements for exchange traded funds as required.
• Manage litigation and provide legal advice as necessary.
• Assist in corporate secretarial matters such as drafting board resolutions.
