As the Lead Product Owner - Facilities, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering the vision, strategy, and execution of facility-related digital products and solutions. Reporting to Digital Manufacturing Maintenance pillar lead, you will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for facility-related digital solutions.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and stakeholder feedback.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee backlog management and ensure Agile best practices are followed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for facility product initiatives.
• Communicate product value, progress, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to capture requirements and drive consensus.
• Foster partnerships with vendors and technology providers for innovative solutions, including AI-driven predictive maintenance and facility control tower capabilities.

Other Responsibilities

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management or ownership, preferably in facility or industrial domains.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IoT, smart facility solutions, or digital manufacturing platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and data analytics tools.
• Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO) or Agile-related certifications.
