Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Product & Process Solutions Lead for Program Management to guide the Video Safety Operations' delivery architecture. You will lead a team across functions to optimize moderation workflows, drive automation, and ensure timely delivery of safety initiatives with strong governance.

The role requires 5+ years in delivery management and content safety, plus experience mentoring leaders globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years in delivery management within content safety.
• At least 2 years of experience managing managers or mentoring leads across locations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project/partner management skills.
• Comfortable with internal tooling setups and tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for multilingual stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to optimize moderation workflows and quality governance across TikTok features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage queues, migrations, and global project delivery.
• Identify issues in moderation processes and drive continuous improvement and automation strategies.
• Track global safety operations trends and implement new demand delivery methods.
