Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile or web apps.
• Proven ability to design value-adding products and drive improvements.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex projects independently, define the safety product roadmap and success metrics.
• Build scalable features and auto-moderation strategies for a safe user experience.
• Apply data analysis and ML/NLP methods to identify risky content and craft strategies.
• Collaborate with policy, R&D, and operations to prioritize and execute cross-functional work.
• Develop workflows for large-scale product improvements to enhance community safety.
