Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Leader to drive Live and Monetization moderation operations, balancing harm prevention with free expression across AMS, EMEA, and APAC. The role leads governance, KPIs, and cost-effective staffing while steering safety initiatives at scale.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Policy, and Operations to define and execute moderation strategies, optimize processes, and implement automation where possible to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content moderation, safety operations, or quality operations; ownership of strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of moderation processes, tools, and policy enforcement frameworks.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily governance of In-House and Business Partner Moderation Teams across regions; manage operations and KPIs.
• Develop and implement safety frameworks and standards for workforce planning, enforcement mechanisms, and accuracy benchmarks.
• Lead end-to-end product and process management for moderation initiatives with scalable, high-quality outcomes.
• Drive data-driven performance management; define success metrics and tracking to align with goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Policy, and Operations to execute moderation strategies and drive continuous improvement.
