Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in product operations, team management, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams, driving operational excellence, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of moderation processes, product development cycles, and operational workflows.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience with platform tools and systems, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the General Product Operations Team, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with business goals.
• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to enhance their skills and achieve their career goals.
• Support the launch and ramp-up of new features, ensuring operational readiness and safety measures are in place.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and execution of new product features.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational performance; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on operational performance and resource needs.
