Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content moderation, safety operations, or quality operations, with demonstrated ownership of strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of moderation processes, tools, and policy enforcement frameworks.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Preferred: experience in process redesign, automation, and large-scale technology implementation.
• Familiarity with machine learning model evaluation and moderation tooling.
• Experience leading transformation programs in high-growth or platform-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily governance of moderation operations across regions.
• Develop and implement safety frameworks and standards for moderation.
• Define and track KPIs (e.g., CGVR, TCOA, moderation performance).
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Policy, and Ops teams.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and technology adoption.
• Manage resource planning and cost-effective operations.
