TikTok is seeking a Product Manager for our video moderation system to iterate and optimize a high-scale content safety platform. You will collaborate with R&D, algorithm teams, and policy partners to improve models, refine moderation strategies, and drive cross-functional initiatives across global operations.

In this role you will define the safety product roadmap, set measurable success metrics, and build scalable features and auto-moderation solutions to keep billions of users safe.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile or web apps.
• Ability to design evidence-based product solutions that deliver value.
• Strong project management and communication skills, able to unite cross-functional teams.
• Identify, analyze and improve existing business/product processes to optimize performance.
• Strong data analysis skills for product design and understanding of research methods.
