You are a self‑driven and energetic individual playing an active and pivotal role in partnering senior/internal stakeholders from the business in all aspects of HR responsibilities. You will also be heavily involved in strategic project management to shape the organization’s structure and processes in addition to hands‑on HR operational responsibilities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and support to business leaders on strategic HR matters, including organisational design and restructuring, talent management, career development, etc.
  • Responsible for overseeing a full spectrum of HR functions pertaining to recruitment and selection, maintenance of employees’ records and performance management.
  • Serve as an employee advocate and advisor to the management on HR policy and programme matters.
  • Manage workforce planning to support business needs and be accountable for manpower budgeting and resource planning for the business unit.
  • Investigate, document and resolve alleged violations of law or HR policy including preparation of report with recommendations for corrective action.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in a HR‑related discipline
  • The ability to operate with high degree of autonomy and accountability in conjunction with management’s directives to achieve both business and HR objectives.
  • Have a good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous situations well.
  • Highly adaptable to work well with all levels.
  • Proficient in effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience, preferably from a fast‑paced work environment
  • A proven track record of being meticulous as a key HR strategist for the business
