Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Fullstack Developer / Solution Architect to lead solution design, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement for large‑scale public sector or enterprise digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead solution architecture and technical design for complex government or enterprise applications.
  • Provide hands‑on development guidance in Kotlin, Spring Boot, and full‑stack technologies.
  • Drive AI‑assisted development workflows with human‑in‑the‑loop validation.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery, including AWS cloud integration (S3, SQS), DevOps, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor and lead development teams while ensuring Agile best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
  • Support technical proposals, client discussions, and solution presentations.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot for backend development.
  • Full‑stack development experience, including ReactJS frontend development.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud services and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with AI‑assisted development tools and structured workflows.
  • Expertise in GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery methodology.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, scalability, performance, and security.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred / Good‑to‑Have
  • Experience working on public sector / government IT projects.
  • At least 8–10 years in backend development with Java/Kotlin.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks.
  • Exposure to database technologies like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
