Qualifications

  • Around 8 years experience in merchandising or buying and Category Management.
  • Proven experience managing complex or multi-market portfolios.
  • Strong commercial acumen with track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • Fluency in English and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the business owner for allocated categories in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Develop and execute category strategy, pricing, promotions, and range.
  • Manage supplier portfolio to improve cost prices and flow of goods.
  • Lead and develop a team of Category Managers across both markets.
