Lead BIM Manager for Civil, Structural & MEP Projects

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

BIM Manager

1. The BIM Manager shall have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software and in establishing required processes and procedures and framework for BIM in projects; in addition, he shall have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in site supervision;
2. The BIM Manager shall be familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g. Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical;
3. The BIM Manager shall possess a Degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent;
4. The BIM Manager shall be highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast-paced projects;
5. The BIM Manager shall have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills;
6. The BIM Manager shall be in current employment under the Contractor for a minimum of 3 years and have successfully instituted a BIM Company Deployment Plan as well as implemented Project BIM Execution Plan for at least 2 projects;
7. The BIM Manager shall have completed a certification course in BIM Management.

Scheduler / Programmer

1. The Scheduler / Programmer shall possess at least ten (10) years of relevant construction experience with at least 5 years of experience in development and/or review of project schedules for every phase of the construction project lifespan by using Primavera P6;
2. The Scheduler / Programmer shall possess a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or relevant discipline;
3. The Scheduler / Programmer shall have experience in scheduling for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of works;
4. The Scheduler / Programmer shall possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Word; in addition, the Scheduler / Programmer shall also be proficient in Primavera P6;
5. The Scheduler / Programmer shall be able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast paced projects;
6. The Scheduler / Programmer shall have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills.

Project Engineer

1. The Project Engineer shall possess at least eight (5) years of relevant working experience in construction of civil / structural / geotechnical work for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of works;
2. The Project Engineer shall possess a Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the OIC.
3. The Project Engineer shall be able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast-paced projects;
