Job Description

• Provide consultation and offer professional advice to clients on necessary procedures.
• Promoting the various marketing campaigns and activities set out by the manager.
• Promoting and enhancing the sale of beauty products combined with the various beauty treatments.
• Maintaining and keeping the records of all the payments made for the hair removal treatments and the various products.
• Walk clients through procedures to ensure mutual understanding regarding treatments.
• Perform treatments according to company’s procedures & protocols, keeping the details and information of all the treatments taken for each client.
• Assisting in the sales of an accessory and promoting the products.
• Examining the client’s requests in order to cater to them in an effective manner.
• The job of a laser therapist also includes skin analysis, hair directions, different methods of hair removal and referring the clients to specialized medical practitioners when required.
• Build rapport and establish good relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
• Manage and maintain the salon’s tidiness and cleanliness.
