Job summary

A land surveying company in Singapore is seeking a Land Surveyor to lead site activities related to surveying, requiring at least 3 years of experience and a diploma or degree in Land Surveying. The role involves managing survey teams, coordinating activities, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols on-site.   • Lead, manage and plan the site activities related to surveying.

  • Setting up of Survey-Points and levels on site.

  • Plan and coordinate daily survey activity.

  • Maintenance of surveying instrumentation such as Total Station, levelling instrument etc.

  • Assist department heads and site supervisors on all settling out, levelling and other related surveying works on site.

  • Coordinate surveying works with sub-contractors.

  • Attend site meeting and liaise closely with client on land surveying matters.

  • Liaise and coordinate with project’s designated registered surveyor for all the survey control point and temporary bench marks (TBM’s).

  • Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimise environment impact associated with the construction activities.

  • To carry out site inspection from time to time as part of project quality control.

  • Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace.

  • Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.

  • Other related activities as when required by the company.


Job Requirements
