Job summary

A leading laboratory company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to manage laboratory documentation and equipment calibration. Responsibilities include updating ISO documents, maintaining supplies, and coordinating analysis schedules. The ideal candidate has a diploma in a relevant field and 1 to 2 years of experience, although entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. The position requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with Saturday hours.

Responsibilities

  • Review and update ISO documents such as LQP, LQM, STP, SOP.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt documentation and analysis of records.
  • Perform method validation and measurement uncertainty for tests.
  • Manage and maintain laboratory supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate daily sampling and analysis schedules.
  • Ensure good housekeeping of laboratory facilities.

JOB SCOPE

  • Ensure accurate and prompt documentation and analysis of records.
  • Perform method validation and measurement uncertainty for tests.
  • Perform calibration and maintenance for the equipment.
  • Manage and maintain laboratory supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate daily sampling and analysis schedules with operation staffs to ensure the requirements are met.
  • Ensure good housekeeping of laboratories facilities and equipment.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Good working attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • 1 to 2 years relevant working experience.

WORK SCHEDULE
  • Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
  • Saturday: 8.30 am to 1.00 pm
