Responsibilities

  • Expert in the preparation and execution of diverse Korean dishes.
  • Plans the monthly menu and works with Marketing on prints.
  • Cook and guide the kitchen team to ensure correct portion sizes.
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
  • Manage inventory to avoid wastage.
  • Inspect goods received from suppliers.
  • Practice good food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction.
