Job summary

A dessert production company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated team member to assist in dessert preparation and support kitchen staff. The ideal candidate is physically fit, has good time management skills, and a positive attitude. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Monday to Friday hours with responsibilities that include maintaining kitchen hygiene and assisting with food preparation.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, portioning, and assembly of desserts according to recipes and production schedules
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with ingredient preparation, weighing, mixing, baking, and packaging
• Ensure all food items are properly labelled, stored, and rotated according to food safety standards (FIFO)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils at all times
• Transport end product to fridge
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dessert production environment preferred but not required — training provided
• Good time management skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting
• Pleasant personality and team player
• Monday to Friday 0815hrs - 1730hrs
