Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Lead in Singapore to own and grow relationships with strategic key accounts within project logistics, including OOG and heavy cargo.

You will develop account plans, lead sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. The role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to travel locally and internationally, with a salary up to SGD 6,000 per month plus variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within project logistics, OOG, NCL, Break-Bulk, or heavy & oversized cargo transportation.
• Strong technical knowledge of multimodal logistics including sea (FCL, Ro/Ro, Break bulk), air and land.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at senior management levels.
• Willingness to travel both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with strategic key accounts as the main point of contact.
• Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Drive business development and expand the GPIS customer base.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasts and reporting.
• Understand customer logistics needs and propose tailored solutions that create value.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage P&L for key accounts.
• Collaborate with operations, project management and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
