ALIGN RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking ASEAN Head of Project Logistics (Business Development / Sales) in Singapore.

You will lead sales and strategic development for project cargo, data centre, heavy lift, and multimodal logistics across Southeast Asia, managing end-to-end projects from win to handover. Qualifications

Min Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or its equivalent.
Sales experience in project cargo, heavy lift, breakbulk, large cargo and multimodal transportation solutions.

Responsibilities

Find, create and acquire new business possibilities in Southeast Asia’s construction, data centre, heavy cargo, and machinery services sectors.
Oversee assigned projects from conception to customer handover.
Organize vendor operations, oversee project timetables, and create cost-tracking systems.
Coordinate with project and operations teams to provide effective logistics solutions.
Establish strong rapport with customers, contractors, and partners.
Create competitive quotes, tenders and logistical plans based on client needs.
Analyze consumer behavior, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline with clear executive-level projections.
