You will steer market development, vendor and client negotiations, and align activities with corporate governance. A track record in freight forwarding and logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, marketing, or related field.
• 12–15 years of proven sales and business development experience within freight forwarding & logistics.
• At least 5–8 years of leadership experience managing sales teams or country-level business development.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth, gross profit improvement, and market share expansion.
• Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics and Integrated Supply Chain Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Singapore sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive revenue, gross profit, and market share growth across all logistics and supply chain service offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic market segments.
• Lead strategic account penetration and negotiate major contracts.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Singapore sales team to achieve objectives.
• Establish KPIs, monitor pipeline, and improve sales effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends and develop growth strategies.
• Own Singapore sales budget, forecast, and profitability performance.
• Ensure governance and risk management for commercial activities.
