Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience in the Logistics industry.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of 3PL Contract Logistics and related activities (Fulfilment, Transportation, Freight).
• Knowledge of logistics business and operating parameters.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to engage across levels.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic accounts as assigned by department head.
• Act as main liaison with Key Accounts customers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and deliver business solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with service and performance across countries; work with warehouse operations to meet service levels.
• Lead customer relations and quality management programmes to achieve excellence in service.
• Build strong relationships with KA customers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market intelligence and business development activities to grow designated accounts geographically.
• Set performance metrics to measure account well-being across operations, bottom line, and growth.
• Collaborate with KA warehouse teams to optimize processes and reduce costs for competitiveness.
• Prepare commercial and pricing analysis and maintain commercial agreements.
• Support strategic projects and manage warehouse operations for e-commerce campaigns.
