Job summary

Recruit Express Services Pte Ltd is seeking a senior account management and sales leader in Singapore to own and grow relationships with strategic key accounts. You will develop account-specific strategies to hit revenue, margins, and market share targets while building a strong pipeline and providing accurate forecasts.

You will guide business development initiatives, understand customer logistics needs, and negotiate terms to meet financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development within project logistics and heavy cargo.
• Strong knowledge of multimodal logistics including sea, air and land.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior management.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with strategic key accounts, acting as main contact and trusted advisor.
• Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
• Drive business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and expand the GPIS customer base.
• Maintain and optimize a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasts and reporting to senior management.
• Understand customer business models, anticipate logistics needs, and propose tailored solutions that create value.
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage P&L for key accounts, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to inform strategic decisions.
