Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in operations/admin/project environments is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
• Familiarity with BPMN/process modelling concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end workflows using flowcharts or BPMN.
• Analyze bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Design trackers for status management and KPIs.
• Roll out new SOPs with training and feedback.
