Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management (Primary Responsibility)

  • Post and schedule content across social media platforms
  • Write basic captions and suggest simple content ideas
  • Capture photos and short videos during on-site visits
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages
  • Perform basic optimisation such as posting timing and hashtag usage

Content Coordination

  • Coordinate bookings for photographers and videographers
  • Organise content shoots and logistics
  • Prepare shot lists based on line manager direction
  • Ensure creative assets are delivered on time
  • Maintain and organise the content library

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Publish promotional materials across digital platforms
  • Distribute campaign assets to outlets
  • Update promotions on delivery platforms
  • Follow up with outlets to obtain promotional setup photos
  • Track basic campaign performance

In-Store Marketing Support (Execution)

  • Send final artworks (prepared by design freelancers) to printers
  • Ensure marketing materials are delivered to all outlets
  • Assist with checking installation where required
  • Update line manager on outlet readiness and execution status

Menu Launch & Promotion Support

  • Upload new menu visuals and content
  • Post teasers and launch-related social media content
  • Coordinate influencer arrangements initiated by line manager
  • Distribute promotional kits to outlets

Delivery Platform Management

  • Update menu photos on GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood
  • Upload banners, promotional visuals, and promo codes
  • Track and monitor promotion activation

Reporting

  • Prepare monthly social media performance reports (followers, engagement, top posts)
  • Compile promotion redemption data provided by line manager or delivery platforms
  • Share basic customer observations and feedback
Requirements
