We are looking for a Junior IT Apps Project Manager to oversee software development projects (and occasionally hardware setup). You will be responsible for planning, managing teams, and ensuring successful and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams and manage end-to-end delivery of software projects.
• Plan project tasks, set schedules, and track progress.
• Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Manage project resources, costs, and risks.
• Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
• Ensure all work follows company project management processes.
• Run technical discussions to clarify requirements or solve problems with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in software project management.
• Professional project management certification is a plus (e.g. PMP).
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (preferred).
• Strong understanding of project management processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Proficient in project planning and documentation.
