Qualifications

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident only.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Demonstrated honesty and ethical behavior when handling sensitive financial data.

Responsibilities

• Record and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Monitor collections and communicate with internal sales and reservations teams.
• Reconcile bank statements with internal records and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings.
• Update and maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
• Review and process employee expense claims according to company policy.
