Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage the orders from receipt to shipment
  • Transmit customer requirements to internal departments and internal feedback to customers.
  • Take appropriate measures to facilitate collaboration among internal team members to meet customer orders and needs.
  • Continuously monitor activities that may impact product/project costs or project/product delivery timelines within the project scope.
  • Monitor order/project status closely and communicate promptly with customers.
  • Calculate project and product costs at various stages, such as RFQ, pre-ordering, till order completion.
  • Keep track of updated project/product costing and provide quotations to customers.
  • Manage assigned programs within budgetary costs and planned timelines based on predefined specifications with customers.
  • Assist the Finance Department in tracking customer payment matters.
  • Prepare necessary departmental and customer-related reports.
  • Provide training, guidance, and work assignments to customer service specialists in the assigned customer service team.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
Education/Experience and Qualifications:
  • Preferably bachelors in Engineering or similar technical field
  • Preferably with more than 5-years’ experience in a high-volume demanding production environment, medical device manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to ensure efficient handling of customer.
  • Proficient in tracking and managing project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Strong leadership skills to provide training, guidance, and work assignments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and challenges in a dynamic work environment.
