Responsibilities
  • Identify and source new real estate investment opportunities, including commercial and mixed-use assets.
  • Conduct initial screening, financial analysis, and due diligence of potential acquisitions.
  • Lead or support negotiations with sellers, developers, and joint venture partners.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, and presentation materials for internal approvals.
  • Clearly explain local market conditions, risks, and return assumptions to Japan headquarters.
  • Support investment committee discussions and decision-making.
  • Monitor asset performance post-acquisition in collaboration with local partners and property managers.
  • Support asset strategies to enhance value through leasing, repositioning, refinancing, and exit planning.
  • Coordinate with external advisors in legal, tax, valuation, and consultancy.
  • Act as a communication link between local stakeholders and Japan headquarters, ensuring effective reporting for overseas investments.
