The role involves deploying and managing PCs, maintaining network infrastructure, and administering Microsoft 365 and Azure. Proficiency in Japanese is essential for client communication. Job description

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage PCs, including setup, migration, troubleshooting, and user support
• Maintain and operate network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless access points)
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure, including user account management and access rights
• Configure cloud services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint) and device management via Intune
• Coordinate initial troubleshooting and vendor liaison for internet, phone lines, LAN wiring, phone systems, web conferencing tools, CCTV, and door access systems
• Assign tasks and manage team operations, including handling escalations and leave management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration is an added advantage
• Experience in network configuration and management is an added advantage
• Team management experience is an added advantage
• Business-level English proficiency is an added advantage
