Job summary

SCREEN SPE Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales & Business Coordination Executive (Japan Desk) to act as the primary liaison between Japan Headquarters, Japan Desk and the Singapore Sales Team. You will coordinate communications, support global sales activities, and assist with quotations and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Japanese Studies or related field.
• Business proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
• JLPT N1 or N2 preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work with little supervision.
• Team player with good communication, documentation and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Japan Desk & Stakeholder Coordination between Japan HQ, Japan Desk and Singapore Sales Team.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication for business requirements, product information and project updates.
• Support communications with customers, suppliers and partners from Japan.
• Follow up on action items, milestones, inquiries and business requests from Japan.
• Support global sales activities and act as a primary contact between global stakeholders and internal departments.
• Facilitate cross-country information sharing and follow up on sales opportunities and project updates.
• Assist Sales Team with quotations, proposals, RFQs and sales documentation.
• Coordinate sales inquiries, project updates and order status updates with customers.
