The role covers inventory, procurement support, AR follow-up, and participation in seminars and client visits, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to work independently in a small office.

Qualificações

• Business-level communication in Japanese required.
• Minimum 2 years in sales support, administration, or order management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong multitasking, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Independent worker in a small office environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle order processing and daily sales/profit recording.
• Prepare quotations and manage pricing.
• Coordinate shipments with customers and suppliers, including shipping documents.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and payment collection.
• Build relationships with Japanese clients and accompany sales visits in Singapore.
