Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Coordinator/Executive (Japanese Speaking) to coordinate Singapore client visits to Japan HQ, research centers, and project sites.

You will prepare client briefings, itineraries, and meeting schedules while coordinating with HQ departments and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires organizing schedules across departments, handling confidential information, and participating in networking events with Japan clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to produce error-free documents and thorough self-checks
• Ability to organize schedules and requests across multiple departments and HQ stakeholders
• Ability to structure and search information using Excel, PowerPoint, CRM or client databases
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in front of executives and clients
• Ability to anticipate tasks and risks early

Responsabilités

• Coordinate visits by Singapore clients to Japan HQ, technical research centers, and project sites
• Prepare client introduction materials, internal briefing documents, itineraries, and meeting schedules
• Conduct prior consultations with relevant HQ departments
• Prepare documents such as reports, presentations, meeting materials, minutes, and external communications
• Ensure accuracy by checking figures, recipients, and schedules before submission
• Organize and analyze past client information, meeting history, project details, and visit records
• Maintain data in a searchable and easily retrievable format
• Participate in business meetings, networking events, and dinners with Japan clients
• Assist with preparation, record-keeping, and follow-up
