SCREEN SPE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Parts Sales & Customer Support coordinator to join our team in Singapore.

You will support the Section Head, prepare quotations, follow up on POs, and coordinate with Japan counterparts to ensure smooth parts sales and service delivery. The role covers order and shipment coordination, export documentation, workplace safety, and continuous improvement. A Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience is

• Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in parts coordination or sales support.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication, documentation and customer service skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Support Section Head in identifying parts business requirements and activities for the Parts Sales business.
• Prepare quotations for services and spare parts for customers.
• Follow up with customers on POs for services and spare parts.
• Coordinate with customers, SE Japan and Japan counterparts via email/phone.
• Support smooth parts sales activities and customer service.
• Issue POs to SE Japan for spare parts.
• Coordinate shipments (sea and air) between Japan and customers.
• Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain documentation for export licenses and audit trails.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within Parts operations.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health requirements.
