Job summary

Japan MNC in Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Coordination professional to manage end-to-end order processing, coordination with factories, and shipping logistics. You will handle pricing checks, stock verification, and delivery scheduling using SAP and our in-house ONE FISH system.

You should have experience in sales coordination or logistics, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and stay organized while handling multiple tasks independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, customer service, logistics, or order processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: manage customer orders (Agents, OEM/DOEM, SPOT) using SAP and ONE FISH; verify pricing, stock, and delivery.
• Coordinate with factories to monitor production status and delivery schedules.
• Process shipping instructions, arrange packing with warehouses, liaise with freight forwarders, prepare invoices and packing lists.
• Follow up on customer payments and record AP transactions; ensure filing of sales/shipping docs.
• Serve as main point of contact to resolve order-related issues and provide timely updates.
