Overview

As a Delivery Consultant specializing in IBM Workload Automation, you will provide world‑class services for clients focusing on:

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to investigate and resolve ongoing issues.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and analytics (covering batch progress, custom reporting, performance, capacity, operational insights, and API integrations).
• Conduct health checks and recommend fine‑tuning to mitigate recurring issues.
• Set up a cold standby environment for recovery from various failure scenarios (quicker recovery in worst case).
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recovery across different failure scenarios.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• Exposure to Infrastructure Automation Products: Familiarity with Infrastructure Automation products, including Expert Essentials IAM, MaaS360 Mobile Security and Management, and other related products, such as Consul, Nomad, Terraform, Vault, AI for Networking, Edge Application Manager, Hybrid Cloud Mesh, Hybrid Cloud Network Automation, NS1, Rapid Network Automation, and SevOne.
• Experience Working with Client Environments: Understanding of client environments and ability to analyze them to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Knowledge of Best Practices: Familiarity with best practices and methodologies for delivering high‑quality Infrastructure Automation solutions.
• Exposure to Implementation and Configuration: Experience with implementing and configuring Infrastructure Automation products to meet client needs and requirements.
• Understanding of Product Features: Knowledge of product features and capabilities to deliver solutions that meet client business objectives.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• Additional Infrastructure Automation Tools: Exposure to tools like Consul, Nomad, Terraform, Vault, AI for Networking, Edge Application Manager, Hybrid Cloud Mesh, Hybrid Cloud Network Automation, NS1, Rapid Network Automation, and SevOne can be beneficial.
• Advanced Product Features: Familiarity with advanced features and capabilities of Infrastructure Automation products, including Expert Essentials IAM and MaaS360 Mobile Security and Management, can be advantageous.
