We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented IT Engineer to join a dynamic IT team supporting a modern workplace. In this role, you will ensure employees enjoy a seamless and secure digital experience across laptops, printers, collaboration platforms, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-user devices including laptops, printers, and mobile devices, ensuring proper deployment, maintenance, and compliance with security policies.
  • Administer user accounts, access rights, and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and VoIP systems.
  • Support IT systems such as door access, digital signage, and backup solutions, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Coordinate with outsourced IT vendors for network, server, and device support, tracking incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvements, IT operations, and ad-hoc technical tasks as assigned by management.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, end-user computing, or system administration.
  • Proficient in Windows OS deployment, patch management, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, VoIP, and IT vendor management.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, ITSM tools, and endpoint security practices.
  • Strong knowledge on cybersecurity, data protection, and access control best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • ITIL certification or service management experience is added advantage
