Job summary

CHONG FONG ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an IT Support professional to provide daily technical assistance for staff, manage Microsoft 365 services, and maintain hardware and software assets. You will configure laptops, troubleshoot connectivity, and coordinate with external vendors as needed.

The role requires 2–3 years in IT support, strong Windows/macOS knowledge, and experience with scripting in Python and Power Automate. Office-based position in Singapore with occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365.
• Familiar with computer hardware, troubleshooting and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wi‑Fi).
• Basic knowledge of Python scripting and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Familiar with website hosting, DNS and SSL configuration.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and support users with varied needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office and printer issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and user access.
• Set up, configure, maintain and troubleshoot company laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.
• Maintain IT asset records, software licences and equipment inventory.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, network connectivity and file synchronisation issues.
• Monitor company website hosting, DNS, SSL certificates and coordinate with external service providers.
• Maintain existing Power Automate workflows and Python scripts, and assist in developing simple automation solutions.
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure smooth daily IT operations.
