Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline desktop and software support across Windows and macOS in a fast-paced office environment. You will administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, deploy new laptops, troubleshoot connectivity, and log tickets with clear notes to ensure timely resolutions.

Strong communication, 1+ year of helpdesk experience, and familiarity with VPNs and printers will help you excel.

Qualifications

Experience with IT support/helpdesk/desktop support.
Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Basic AD/Entra ID user management.
Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
Basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP).
Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day desktop support for Windows/macOS laptops, desktops, printers, and office peripherals.
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot M365 applications, user accounts, licenses, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint access.
Manage user accounts, password resets, group policies, and access permissions in Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID).
Provision, configure, and deploy new laptops/desktops for incoming employees. Install and update standard business software.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, network connectivity, and software application errors efficiently.
Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring good documentation and communication with end-users.
